Determine size
Place a tape measure around your waist like a belt. Measure where the hip circumference is largest. Hold the tape measure horizontally. Round the measurement in centimeters to 5 or 0. This number then corresponds to your belt size.
Example: Measured 93 cm, choose 90 or 95 as your belt size, both fit.
material
Our leather products are 100% made in our production facilities in Italy. Of course, we pay attention to legal standards. We work with the largest and most experienced tanneries on the market in Italy, from whom our production facilities source their leather. Commonly used leather types include cow, calf, bull and buffalo.
Care
You can treat the leather rhyme with a colorless leather care product. Make sure that there are no residues of the care product left on the belt before you put it back on.

You have different options. You have the opportunity to enter your voucher code in the shopping cart and also at the checkout. Please note that vouchers cannot be combined.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We currently do not offer gift packaging. We ship our belts in a high-quality box with tissue paper.
Are there gift vouchers?
Unfortunately not yet. But they are on our to-do list.
Shipment
How does shipping work?
Unless another deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 3-8 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment order).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Where is my order?
We ship your order with DHL - you will receive a separate email from DHL to track the shipment with your tracking number.
How do I return an item?
That's easy. Pack the product, preferably in the original packaging, fill out the returns slip and include it with the shipment. Finally, stick the return label from DHL that has already been sent to the shipping box. Drop off the package at a DHL shop near you.
If the DHL label is missing or damaged, we will be happy to provide a new one. Please use our contact form. We work with an external service provider to process returns, so please do not send returns to Madrider Straße.
After receiving your return, we will take care of refunding your order as quickly as possible.
We would like to point out that belts that have already been worn cannot be returned.
