The name “carisco” is intrinsically linked to our core competence: creating belts that lead the way in quality and design.
Belts have played a role in myths and legends since ancient times.
The most famous, and for us the most important, of these stories has its origin in ancient Greece: Hephaestus, the god of fire and metalworking in Greek mythology, created a particularly ornate belt for his wife, Aphrodite, the goddess of love. This “charis,” or grace, was not just a consummate work of art, but rendered its wearer utterly irresistible. Its magical powers made any man or even god fall eternally in love with the person wearing it. It is no coincidence that, to this day, we speak of “charisma” to describe a person’s unique gift of being able to captivate and fascinate others.
Italy is the perfect location in which to combine our passion, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality. But our quest to achieve accessory perfection doesn’t stop here. After all, the Repubblica italiana is world-famous for its luxurious leather products, and the fashion metropolis of Milan is a prime example of the competence to be found in this country in the area of elegant clothes and high-quality fashion accessories.

Das Design.
Alle Produkte werden in Mönchengladbach entworfen, stets mit dem Ziel, Eleganz und Funktionalität zu vereinen. Intern wird sich dann um unsere Werkstätten in Italien gekümmert und bei der Entwicklung der Kollektionen gegenseitig unterstützt.

Die meisten unserer Lederaccessoires entstehen in Italien – einem Land, das seit Generationen für außergewöhnliche Lederverarbeitung und handwerkliches Können bekannt ist.
Gemeinsam mit langjährigen Partnern fertigen wir Produkte in handwerklicher Qualität, die höchste Ansprüche an Verarbeitung und Langlebigkeit erfüllen. Jede Naht, jede Kante und jedes Detail wird mit größter Sorgfalt umgesetzt.
Made in Italy ist für uns kein Marketingbegriff, sondern Ausdruck unserer Qualitätsphilosophie.
